C.M. Costruzioni designs and builds prefabricated steel structures for plant equipment, commercial activities and buildings. Components are manufactured in the workshop; transport and assembly are arranged according to the structure’s dimensions and intended use.

The building system

One system, different configurations

01 Structure: The base, frame and roof form the building’s steel structure.
02 Enclosure: Cladding, openings and finishes suit the intended use and installation environment.
03 Spaces and fit-out: The internal configuration varies with the purpose: housing equipment, accommodating a business or creating living spaces.

Construction and installation

From the workshop
to site assembly

The degree of pre-assembly depends on transportable dimensions and site organisation. The project may use three approaches, up to complete assembly on site.

Complete module

The base, walls and roof are joined in the workshop. The structure reaches the site already assembled, ready for installation and connections.

Pre-assembled sections

The building is divided into sections suitable for road transport, manufactured and pre-assembled at the factory. The sections are connected at the installation site.
